Job Summary
Rasnna is looking for a reliable, outgoing, hardworking, and professional team member who enjoys working with people and takes pride in their work.
The ideal candidate will have experience in food service, restaurants, hospitality, retail, customer service, or a similar environment. We strongly prefer individuals who are friendly, confident, comfortable speaking with customers, and able to create a positive experience for everyone who walks through our doors.
Responsibilities:
- Provide friendly, professional, and attentive service to customers.
- Maintain a positive and welcoming attitude at all times.
- Complete all assigned duties accurately, efficiently, and on time.
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and food-safety requirements.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment throughout the entire shift.
- Regularly clean workstations, equipment, counters, dining areas, and other assigned areas.
- Keep personal appearance and hygiene at a professional standard.
- Properly handle food and follow all applicable cleanliness and food-safety practices.
- Arrive on time, prepared, and ready to work.
- Work well with coworkers and communicate respectfully with both customers and management.
- Take initiative instead of waiting to be told what needs to be done.
- Report any customer concerns, safety issues, or operational problems to management promptly.
- Perform additional reasonable duties as assigned.
